Real Estate Agents Need to Stand out When Writing Their Headlines

For as many homes on the market there's just as many listings. Without the need to be redundant, think about how your property listing is going to stand out? Whether you're writing this in a social media post or putting it up on the MLS you need to have a solid description that catches the eye of the buyer. Here are some other points to consider when writing a strong headline that will make your potential client take action.

Let's use an example for a mock home listing that will help you see the difference?


"This 2-Bedroom with 2-Bathroom home is perfect for raising the family" or "Large Home in Child-Friendly Neighborhood With Finished Basement" Which of these do you think the house hunter is more likely to click on? The second one gives more of a mouthwatering description for the same house. People can read the rest of the property listing to find out things like rooms and square footage, but you need to sink into their inner lizard when writing a headline or you might as well fold.
